Tonic is a co-ed Day Spa encompassed by a full service state-of-the-art health club. We offer separate showers, lockers, steam rooms and dressing rooms to you at no additional charge. Please inquire about our combination Day Spa/Health Club packages. Enjoy group fitness classes such as yoga, pilates, bodypump, bodystep, spinning, etc…

Gift Certificates
The best gift for any occasion, a gift certificate is a wonderful way to make a personal gift very special. Gift certificates are available in a package form or any dollar amount for any service or product available at the spa or health club. We can customize a gift package based on your preferences.

• You may order them by phone by using a credit card and they will be mailed to you.
• Certificates are not cash refundable.
• They are good from one year from purchase date.
• A price adjustment will be charged if a service of greater value is exchanged in lieu of the original gift service.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Arriving For Your Appointment
For your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that we may gather all necessary pre-service information. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. We will provide robes and slippers to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Cancellations/Lateness Policy
We understand the need to occasionally cancel or reschedule appointments. We kindly request the courtesy of giving us 24 hour cancellation notice for every hour you have reserved. For example, if you have a 2-hour appointment scheduled, you would need to give us 48-hour notice of cancellation. Otherwise a 50% charge will be rendered, unless you have another guest to take your place.
*No shows will be charged the full value of services.

Services of 30 minutes or more must be confirmed with a major credit card or a gift certificate number at the time the appointment is scheduled. We must have a major credit card or gift card to guarantee all reservations held on Fridays and Saturdays.

Late arrivals may result in an adjustment of the services provided. If you arrive late for your appointment, we can only be responsible for the window of time left that the room was reserved in your name. Again, we will do our best to accommodate you if our schedule permits.

Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality service to our clients. Gratuities are accepted only if you are 100% satisfied!

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.

Out of respect for others, please turn off cell phones, pagers, etc

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
